Eagle Eye — a VR eye trainer

An interface screen on grey: a Russian “back” button and the label “Eagle Eye” at the top, a Russian heading with a “4” badge and an orange button, then four blue rows of Russian programme names, each with a duration of “07:27”, a start button and edit, copy and delete icons

Vision specialists run group sessions, passing one headset from person to person. The trainer has to make sense to someone wearing a headset for the first time, give the specialist precise control over how the target moves, and carry settings between headsets without cables or accounts.

  • 9 exercises for convergence, divergence and peripheral vision, each with its own motion model
  • Six motion presets and six appearance presets
  • Target colour, opacity, tremble and size, including a constant angular size
  • Programmes built from steps, with looping
  • Field-of-view calibration
  • Background — passthrough, 360° photos or 360° video
  • Settings transfer by file or QR code
  • A QR codec written from scratch, with no libraries: encoder, Reed–Solomon decoder, finder detection, perspective correction, scanning through the headset camera on a background thread.
  • A compact configuration format — every setting in a single QR code.
  • Screens are produced by a generator from specifications.
  • About 855 automated tests, including motion checks for every exercise.

Delivered to the client in stages since November 2025, now at version 0.1.89; a Pico 4 Ultra port and licensing are in progress.
